Abstract: 
This study aimed at exploring a set of workers’ rights in the Palestinian’s Labor Work and Jordanian Social Security Law. The research was divided into three chapters, where the researcher discussed the relationship between the Labor Law and the Social Security Law and because of the inexistence of a Palestinian Social Security Law, so the researcher dealt with these rights in the Jordanian Social Security Law so as this study will be a futurism prospective study when preparing a Palestinian Social Security Law, and this relationship between the two laws is an integrative relationship where each law complements the other. The researcher also dealt with the similarities and differences between the two laws in their nature and their legal status among other laws for both are of the social laws exist by itself and can be judged according to the part being looked at. The study also explained the field or scopes these two laws work within and the categories these laws are applied at and the excluded categories that these laws listed particularly and exclusively, it also indicated in this chapter the integrative relationship between the wage according to the Labor Law and the subscriptions paid to the institution where is was showed that these exist as entity and custom with it as well as the foundation according to which these subscriptions are paid and it is annual subscription. Chapter two on the other hand, studied work injuries where the researcher explained its definition, importance and the fields the law considered as work injury in both the Palestinian Labor Law and the Jordanian Social Security Law where the researcher reviewed the amount of compensation for each case of work injury with agreement with the laws in the Labor Law and Social Security, and the obligations forced by each law on the employer or institution towards the injured worker, the researcher also clarified in this chapter the occupational diseases that the law considered as work injury where there is a casual relationship between the disease and work in addition to time factor. In the last section of this chapter the researcher explained an important right of working women rights in the labor law, the right of maternity where they have a right to obtain a paid maternity leave set by the law in terms of duration, conditions and types. In the final chapter of the study the researcher dealt with indemnity, which is a right acquired by the worker at the end of his work , The Palestinian Labor Law has identified the amount of this bonus and provisions, this chapter also included an identification of the old-age insurance, disability and death, that was brought by the Jordanian Social Security, in terms of its provisions and conditions of each of them and dealt with by the legal texts, based on certain provisions of the Jordanian discrimination courts and its decisions on this subject.
