Abstract:
All praise to Allah, the everlasting God of all the world and the heavens and Earths, and peace be upon the master of all the messengers, and the faithful Imam. Hereafter, this dissertation talks about the significance of the prophet Mohammed ‘peace be upon him’ acts, and their effects on the Islamic doctrine. The prophet ‘peace be upon him’ acts can be divided into twelve statuses from all the prophet statuses, peace be upon him.
These behaviours are: the status of Al-Tashree’( Legislation) , AlFatwa, AlQadaa’( Judgment), Al-Emara, Al-Hade, and ASoloh. Also, supervising the consultant and giving advice, completing the souls, teaching the supreme facts, disciplinary and consultancy detachment.
Each status includes a behavior from the prophet ‘peace be upon him’, that is different from the others behaviours, and each status has its own rules, and meanings that come from it. Thus, the prophet Sunna can be understood in the right way, and these behaviours might have their special rules, which cannot be distinguished except in this division.
In addition, we can distinguish through these divisions the doctrinal rules, their significance, and the scientists sayings. As this dissertation talks about each status of these behaviors by itself with mentioning suitable examples for these attitudes.
This dissertation also talked about the significance of the prophet ‘peace be upon him’ preservation, the definition of the prophets’ illiteracy, and the rule of what the prophet ‘peace be upon him’ did not discuss. Moreover, it mentioned the sublime rule, which is branched into what is silenced upon, and which is ‘the originality in things is legalization’. Also, it mentioned the scientist sayings according to it, and their effects on the Islamic doctrine in every age and place.
The dissertation also talked about the definition of the prophet’s ‘peace be upon him’ and the Islam’s balance, and it mentioned that the balance is one of the most clear things in the Islamic doctrines.
It showed the prophet’s ideology ‘peace be upon him’ and how he applied the balance through his practical life, and his behaviours and rules with ASahaba, as well as his care about spreading the Islam’s balance between the Muslims.
At the end, there is a need for the researches to refer to these divisions, to understand the prophet’s Suna , and in order to understand the reality of what is issued by the prophet ‘peace be upon him’. Also, to distinguish the significances of these behaviours from each others.
This is a wide domain for the one who is interested in sharpening the intention, and race to Allah in asking for education and science.
