Abstract:
It is undeniable that Islamic Shari'a is valid for all times and places. Therefore , its texts have come with a style that is of a high rhetorical and inimitable nature .The meanings reflected in these texts are so rich that they cover all realms of life and its events , thus , realizing the Eternity Law . These meanings are not exclusive to the literal level of word, yet, they extend to encompass signification , reasoning and litigation among many others to be considered as reliable linguistic fundamental rules referred to in interpreting texts and demonstrating the embodied rules of Allah.
The main point behind proving litigation in the legal or religious text is realizing its truth and legitimacy rationally so that the word of Allah is above every nonsense 'and mockery, and the instructions of Legislator are sought. Considering this fact, necessity signification is deemed one of the basic religious rules in interpreting texts. It signifies the rules in an absolute manner so its adoption has become a must.
The remarkable debate among Fundamentalists with respect to common litigation is crucial in the emergence of different views among jurisprudence in many minor juristic issues in various aspects of Shari'a either worship and religious observances or mutual relations, contingent upon the philosophy of each confirmatively or negatively .
Despite the aforementioned dispute with the divergence of ways of signifying religious rules, we in fact, find no contradiction at all , which proves the absence of contradiction in the Islamic Shari'a in general .
