Revocable Judgments Before the Cassation Court

The study subject is summarized as the following: Studying the reasons that could be subjected to cassation which appears in lawinfringement, and false implementation and interpretation,vitiation of the Judgment or the procedures affecting it, and judgment contradictionwith other one despite the other reasons which have not been mentioned by the low of Palestinian civil trials. These reasons have been stated by the law of trail formation. Moreover, the researcher discussed the required conditions that should be available with the opponent which are the merit , eligibility , interest and opponent' assertion for cassation. Also, formal conditions should be available in order to recall the cassation and its period which is forty days according to the law of civilian and commercial trails. Also, several subjects have been discussed throughout the study such as cassation acceptance or declining in addition to the effects of these judgments. Finally, the study includes the power of the judgments of the cassation court , theproperty ofthat judgments which arenot libel and its obligationfor their execution.
