Abstract: 
This study aimed at exploring the main reason behind the decline of the average reading. It aimed at determineg the role of the teachers and supervisors in Nablus schools. consedering these variables such as gender. Qualifications. And experience for appointed teachers about the decline of the total avarage of the student's reading in primery age. to achieve this aims. The researcher used a 52 item questionnaire which was distributed among the sample of the study. The sample which consider (472) teacher's male and female who were randomly chosen. Thr study was acomplishing during the first semester. The quantitative data was collected by conducting interviews with 9 supervisors for Arabic language in Nablus school. The findings show that... 1. Results indicate a low degree of reading at primary schools was high.and this is because a problematic for appointed students with the percentage of (3.68). with appointed for the content of study with the percentage (3.12) and the reasons of the methods of evaluation of the percentage itself. And was a low for reasons related to the ways of teaching with a percentage (2.93). 2. There are no differences related to percentage between the reasons for the decline of reading at the primary schools from teacher point of view in Nablus region for two reasons either the methods of evaluation or students ' performance. But there are differences related to percentage according to the reasons of the contents of the study. Methods of teaching. The total level for the decline of teachers to preserve male students. 3. There are differences related to percentage between the reasons for the decline of reading from teacher's point of view in nablus region according to qualifications variable. There are reasons related to student's percentage but the difference of the reasons related to content of the study. Methods of teaching. Evaluation. And the total avarage of reading to preserve ma students and more. 4. There are no differences related to percentage (α=0.05) according to the decline of reading at the primary schools from teacher point of view in nablus region according to the experience of variable. 5. According to the interview. It indicates that the decline of students reading from the observations at the class to students ' performance. And the oral tests. So the treatment will be according to the personal differences which occurs when the teacher divided the classroom into harmony groups. To improve them and using an interesting method in teaching to create good students can be understanding what they read. To shed the light into the results the researcher recommened some recommendation such as to see the parnents of the students regullarly at school th he; p their kids hou they can acquire the primery skills in reading, to hold the oral reading test, and make a good writing test in arabic langauge course to measure their ability in speaking, performance, and ro identify their weakness.
