Oaths: Kadi Abu Yusuf and his Book "Al-Kharaj (Taxes)": Critical Hadith Study

This study addressed this topic in two parts: First: It talks about the Judge Abu Yusuf and his era in four aspects; the political, social, cultural, and religious . It gives details about his life, nationality, birth, bringing up, death, study, teachers, students, scientific rank, and books . Then the study deals with his efforts in Hadith and what was said about his righteousness and his opinions about some questions in the science of Hadith . Secondly: It was about the book of Kharaj . We gave some definitions of the book, the reason behind its authorization and we also gave some information about the publication of this book . We also defined the title of the book and clarified its importance in the past and presence . After than we explained in details the methodology which Abu Yusuf followed in his book . How he presents his Hadith and his style in concluding his points of view and bringing different contradictions together. Finally, it was about the critical study of Al-Kharaj book . We studied grounds and dwdid them accordiy to their degrees into true, good, weak, and very weak . After than we detected the Hadiths in different book of Hadith, where were mentioned and also classified them into true, good, weak, and very weak .
