Abstract: 
This research discusses the provisions of the Imam's disposal in the public money. The researcher referred back to the legitimate texts and in the jurisprudents' opinions on the Imam's disposal of the public money. This research is comprised of four chapters. In Chapter 1, the researcher defines money and property in linguistically and conventionally and explains their sections. Chapter 2 discusses the income of the public money and where it should be spent. In Chapter 3, the researcher defines disposal in language and religion and is exposed to the role of Imam concerning the public money and that he spends this property on behalf of the Muslims. Besides, it is discussed in this chapter the fields of disposal of the public money. Chapter 4 discusses the legitimate controls to be observed by the Imam when disposing of the public money. Firstly, the researcher discusses the definition of these controls in language and religion. Then, he handles four controls to be observed by the Imam: caring for the interest, moderation in spending, justness and not following passions, caring for the priorities in spending. Besides, the researcher surveys the meaning of each control and the legitimate proofs that this control is the scholars' opinion. It is concluded by the researcher that the public money is a trust in the hands of the Imam and that Imam does not own this money as it is for all Muslims. Besides, this money shall be spent for the interests of all Muslims in line with the legitimate controls.
