The Islamic Verdict About Ahl-Alkitab "Christians and Jews living under Islamic Regime" Participating in The Islamic Political Regime

This study aims to shed light on the political participation of Jew and Christian citizens of Islamic State" Ahl Alkitab". Before this study discusses the Islamic Verdicts of Ahl-Alkitab's many involvements and positions, it spoke first about the origins of the concept from Holy Quran and Sunna. By truly understanding the Quran verses that mentions them، which is an act of fairness by Allah the Great that He didn't leave anything for Muslims without being explained and detailed. And so, Allah mentioned in his book who are enemies of islam and who are something else. The discussion of Ahl-Alkitab in Quran and Sunnah includes، even، the internal feelings they have towards islam and muslims، then how about their characteristics and goals they are after!? In this pattern، the first chapter of this thesis is to clarify who are Ahl-Alkitab. And explain the term of Ahl-Alkitab in Islam and in the Islamic State. This thesis came to answer many frequently asked questions about Ahl-Alkitab; about common living، their contributions to building the state and active participation in sensitive and important establishments. I also mentioned many islamic proofs regarding these topics. In addition i elaborated upon the opinions of islamic scholars detailing each side and contribution Ahl-Alkitab could make. Then this thesis moves to the obligations they " Ahl-Alkitab" have towards their state and the conditions they accepted to become citizens and being given a lot of rights and preferences. Also, i mentioned a set of their rights, like the right of religion and creed, in addition to the right of living safely and peacefully in the islamic state. I also went through their social and political rights which could be used to gauge their effect in the Islamic State. After that i spoke in detail about the Islamic regime and state and what is included under that regime of characteristics, pillars and basic elements. I also mentioned the strength of the relationship between the islamic regime and Ahl-Alkitab through the obligatory conditions they have upon themselves. I also cited the term of Politics and clarified it. And the extent of global politics that its concept included the understanding of Ah-Alkitab's participation in the centers and est ablishments of the Islamic State. Moreover, i explained every domain they can take part in education, legislation and executive systems. And finally their participation in the military field in the Islamic State.
