Abstract: 
The study aims at studying the Impact of Applying Drama in Arabic Language Achievement for the First Grade in Jenin Governmental Schools, It is based on the a descriptive approach, and the problem has been specified in the following question:- What is the Impact of Applying Drama in Arabic Language Achievement for the First Grade in Jenin Governmental Schools? Sub-questions were derived, which result in the following hypothesis: 1 - There are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α = 0.05) in the achievement of the first primary grade students in Arabic language in the governmental schools in the governorate of Jenin, in the experimental group and control group, is due to the method of teaching and sex. 2 - There are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α = 0.05) in the average skills of the first primary grade students in Arabic language in the governmental schools in the governorate of Jenin, in the experimental group and control group, is due to the method of teaching . 3 - There are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α = 0.05) in the average trends of the first primary grade students in Arabic language in the governmental schools in the governorate of Jenin, in the experimental group and control group, is due to the method of teaching To test the hypotheses of the study, the tool of the study was applied on a sample consisted of (224) students from the first primary grade in four governmental schools, including two schools for females and two for males, Distributed in two groups, one experimental, learned through drama education (112) students, and another, the control learned the traditional way (112) students, in the second semester of the year (2010/2011). The study used a set of tools is the achievement test and questionnaire Note students' skills and attitudes, and teacher's guide of the researcher, has been Processing the results using (spss) program. The study results showed that there is impact for drama education in increasing achievement for the experimental group, and did not show any impact in the achievement of students in the dimension of skills on the pretest and the presence of impact in the achievement of students in the dimension of skill for a way of drama education, and did not show any impact of the interaction between method and gender and did not show any impact after the emotional pre-testing on the teaching method or researcher has recommended the need to use educational drama effectively in the teaching of various educational materials, and various levels of education, and further studies on the effectiveness of the strategy of drama education in other subjects
