Abstract: 
The study aimed to highlight how much the specialization of education of administration contributes to the professional development, for the students who are enrolled in the program or those who graduated and work in the field of education. It also aimed to highlight its role in controlling the obstacles they may face and to check if statistically significant differences, concerning the programs contribution to the students` professional development does exist in the enrolled and graduate students` opinions, related to the following variables: gender, age, position, experience and the academic position. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive approach was used, based on a questionnaire of two sections to collect data, the first section was about demographic variations, where the second consisted of 87 different statements divided into five main topics, discussing the program`s contribution to the enrolled and graduate students professional development. The questionnaire consistency and honesty were checked, and Interviews with three lecturers in this program at An-Najah National university were used as well. The study population consisted of all the program graduates and undergraduates, with a total of (293) students between 2010 and 2016, whereas the study sample was (161) questionnaires divided into (73) undergraduates and 88 graduates as well as the 3 lecturers. After the data collection and analysis, The researcher reached the following results: The program greatly contributes to the professional development, since the arithmetic mean was (4.00) The education administration program highly guarantees the achievement of the education objectives, since the overall mean was (3.99), and a standard deviation of (0.47) The education administration program totally contributes to the improvement of graduates trends and skills, since the arithmetic mean was (3.91) The education administration program highly contributes to the performance of workers in the education professions, since the arithmetic mean was (3.92) The study showed that there are statistically significant differences at (α ≤ 0.05) in the opinions of both the graduates and undergraduates, concerning the programs contribution to the professional development related to the variables of age, experience and academic current position. After analyzing the answers of the three lecturers, the study came up with the following results: There are many reasons that motivate students to enroll in the program, one of the most important is the personal development professionally and financially. This program as well works on improving the schools work in general, and to improve the efficiency of teachers and principals. It also tends to prepare professional educators for education, by applying the theoretical studies. Moreover, the program provides students with educational and social skills to deal with students and the society. The lecturers indicated that the program contributes to the professional development by improving the work of principals by researches and conferences. Finally, the researcher recommends enhancing the education administration programs by including subjects that are related to the personal and administration development. As well as theoretical materials dealing with conflicts and problems that are faced by schools. It is also very important that the ministry of education pays attention to those who are responsible of this program so that it can survive.
