Abstract: 
The purpose of this study is to find out the degree of Implementing time management methods, and to find out the impact of variables: (gender, scientifically degree, experience, school type) on using time management methods of School Principals Senses, and self - efficacy for those Principals. Also aimed to check the relationship between the degree of using time management and self – efficacy for those Principals in Jerusalem Governorate and its suburbs. To achieve these objectives, the researcher use correlative approach, and using the questionnaire to collect the data, which consists of (93) questions, distributed on two parts: the first within four fields, the second within three fields, before its administration to the sample of the study. The study population was all of Principals in in Jerusalem Governorate and its suburbs, which was (368). The study sample was (184) Principals, (100) males, and (84) females, they were stratified random selected. After data collection and analysis, the study find out that: - The total degree of time management methods was high, within mean (4.08). and the total degree of self – efficacy was very high, within mean (4.34). - There is a positive correlative relationship between time management and self – efficacy for Principals in Jerusalem Governorate and its suburbs. - There were statistically significant differences between means of using time management methods attributed to gender, in filed (problems of time management methods), and within total degree in favor of females. - There were statistically significant differences between means of using time management methods for groups (less than 5 years) and (5-10 years) and (11-15 years) in favor to (11-15 years) group. - There were statistically significant differences between means of using time management methods attributed to scientifically degree in field (problems of time management methods), and in total degree, in favor of B.Sc degree. - There were statistically significant differences between means of using time management methods attributed to school type, and in efficiacy of time mamangment methods, and in time management methods, and in problems of time management methods, in total degree, in favor of elementary schools. - There were statistically significant differences between means of degree of using time managemnt methods for principals of Jerusalem district schools in favor of scientifically specialist in field of time management methods, amd the total degree in favor of litritual specialist. - There weren’t statistically significant differences between means of self – efficacy attributed to the variable study. In the light of these findings, the researcher recommends to Promote the time management principles with the Principals, as well as time management techniques, and the need to generalize in schools on the obstacles to use time management techniques, and doing training courses and qualification for managers about the successful use of time and self-efficiency mechanisms, because of it’s positive and constructive role, in the activation of administrative work in schools.
