Abstract: 
The study aimed at identifying the degree of change management and the culture of excellence and the relationship between them among school principals in public secondary schools in the north of West Bank from their point of view. To achieve study goals, the researcher used a descriptive approach via a questionnaire to collect data. The questionnaire consisted of (72) items distributed in two cores and (9) domains. The questionnaire validity and reliability were confirmed by a group of experts. The study population consisted of all schools principals of public secondary schools in the north of West Bank. The total number of principals was (539). The stratified random sample was chosen was consisted of (206) principals. After collecting and analyzing data, the researcher concluded the following results : - There was a very high degree of change management in the public secondary schools in the north of West Bank from schools principals point of view. It achieved a mean of (4.36) and a standard deviation of (0.28). - There was a very high degree of culture of excellence in public secondary schools in north of West Bank from principals point of view. It achieved a mean of (4.24) and a standard deviation of (0.34). - There were no significant differences at α)=0.05) between schools principals points of view in domains of change management and culture of excellence in public secondary schools, attributed to gender in the total degree of culture of excellence while there were significant differences between their points of view in the total degree of change management domains, in favor of male principals. - There were no significant differences at α)=0.05) between the schools principals points of view in the domains of change management and culture of excellence in public secondary schools, attributed to qualifications. - There were significant differences at α)=0.05) between schools principals points of view in domains of change management and culture of excellence in the public secondary schools, attributed to experience. - There were significant differences at α)=0.05) between schools principals points of view in the domains of change management and culture of excellence in the public secondary schools, attributed to specialization, in favor of humanities. - There was a positive correlation at α)=0.05) between change management and culture of excellence in public secondary schools in the north of West Bank from schools principals point of views. Based on study results, the researcher recommended the necessity of using a system of incentives and awards to achieve the best degree of institutional excellence among teachers, and forming a team inside and outside school. The team mission is to communicate with institutions related to school, these institutions could be beneficial in improving school performance and accomplishing a degree of creation.
