This study aims to know the women foundation manageresses’ attitudes in the governorates in the north of the West Bank towards the women foundation’ reality and turn under the Palestinian National Authority, and to know if these attitudes change as a result of different variables such as, the qualifications of the manageresses, the foundation lifetime, the years of experience, the governorate, the nature of the foundation’s work, its sources of funding, and then the knowledge of the most important ways that are recommended by the sample members to improve its turn under the Palestinian National Authority. To gather the information, The researcher uses a questionnaire that consists of (50) paragraphs distributed in (6) fields, the study population consists of all the women foundations’ manageresses in the governorates in the north of the West Bank in the year (2014/2015) with a total number (97) manageresses. The study leads to the following results: first, the attitudes of the women foundations’ manageresses in the governorates in the north of the West Bank towards these foundations and its reality under the Palestinian National Authority, on the level of the whole tool (the attitudes as a whole) and each domain, are positive except their attitudes toward the legal domain. Second, the most important suggestions that were recommended by the sample members to improve the reality and the turn of the women foundations are presented consequently as following: the necessity of the Palestinian Authority’ support to the women foundations, increasing the women foundations’ projects, the necessity of providing the political support for woman and her participation in decision making, the importance of correcting the wrong concepts of the programs and the women foundations’ projects, providing the legal coverage for the women foundations, and the necessity of the financial alternatives to cover the projects that are presented by these foundations. Third, there is no difference in the foundations manageresses’ points of view in most axes. It is clear that there is a difference in some of the following variables: the educational qualification: a difference in the cultural educational field in favor of the manageresses who are PH. holders. The foundation lifetime: a difference in the economic field in favor of the foundations that aging (10 – 20) years. Years of experience: a difference in the economic field in favor of the manageresses that have (18) years of experience. The governorate: a difference in the hygienic field in favor of the foundations with social and enabling work. As a result of this study, the researcher recommends with the necessity of leading the responsible entities with both sides; formal and informal, toward focusing on legislation, and the laws that protect the woman and her foundations, and the necessity of the Palestinian National Authority’s attempt to form the high national entity which is supervised by the women foundations, and cares about the woman’s affairs in different field and supervise on the programs that it carry out and sponsor.
