Abstract: 
Islam approved of opposition as a freedom for all people and considered it a forbear duty. The real and lively proofs of that can be clearly seen on the verses of the I Holy Koran and the sayings of prophet Muhammad ( peace he upon him ) and in- the mode of life followed by the Rashidi Caliphs. The evidence of this was obviously illustrated in the laws that orders for good deeds and for dids had ones. Another aspect for this can be seen in establishing advisory councels, organizing religious discussions and jurisprudence law. To ensure this freedom the Islamic Law established ( Wilayat Al-Hisba and Al-Mathalem ) merely For this purpose. But we shouldn't forget that Islamic Law Individual corruption which aims at social and individual corruption and considered it a political crime that requires punishment.
