Abstract: 
Evidence of those who deny it and those who allow it on conditions and controls, I discussed the opinions of both, then I talked about the judgment of the military use Dhimmis, and I showed the opinions of scholars from the four schools of creeds with their evidence weighting between these opinions according to the strength of evidence and its proximity of the purposes of the noble religion. I also talked about the judgment of the use of infidels in the area of arms and war material, buy or borrow or gift, and I talked about the judgment of helping the infidels with weapons and the agreement of scholars on the prohibition of such a help because of the serious risk to the nation, then I talked the judgment of infidels covered with security or treaty and I showed the difference between Dhimmis and them, then I talked about the judgment of the use of infidels in the field of spying and reconnaissance enemies news, and employing them in discouragement works and psychological warfare and other noncombat matters. In the third chapter, I talked about making military parties and bases with infidels, I began defining military parties, showing the conditions and explaining the Islamic view of making these military bases in Islamic Lands, and the results from disguise, shame, loss of dignity that neither reason nor wise religion allows. I also explained the concept treaties, the Islamic view of treaties and their respect. Then I moved to talk about the United Nations, its establishment, institutions, the slogans they raise and the reality it practices that it has become a covering for colonial powers and its work has almost become a legal stick against the weak especially the Arabs and Muslims. Accordingly, I showed the view of dealing with the resolutions of this organization. Finally, I concluded this study with the most important results I came to through this research.
