Women Pilgrimage Adjudication In The Islamic Fiqh

This thesis that holds the title of "the provisions of the pilgrimage of woman in Islamic jurisprudence", Complementing to get a master's degree in jurisprudence and legislation al the Faculty of Graduate studies at Al- Najah National University, that included two classes, introduction and Conclusion that involved more important result and recommendations, the researcher spoke about the possible provisions of pilgrimage for women, and the provisions of the acts of pilgrimage for women of Ihram and wondering around the Holy kaa'ba and standing on Arafat and Muzdaliah and staying in mina and stoning or throwing rituals and slaughtering sheep (Al hady) and what is involved in each of them. Then came the final conclusion, which included most important conclusion and recommendations then the researcher presented verses of the holy Quraan, The Hadith and included a list of sources and references that were relied upon in this thesis.
