Suit Correct Inheritance Deed

This thesis is entitled “Suit correct inheritance deed" I started the thesis with a preface concerning the importance and characteristics of inheritance in Islam in addition to the related conditions, rules and regulations and obstacles. I then discussed the process of the registration of the claim of inheritance certificate in legal courts and the consequent results including the clarification of the concept of the claim of inheritance certificate, its legitimacy, required documents for registration and the process of issuing an official claim of inheritance certificate by the legal courts. I then clarified the concept of the claim, its conditions and regulations and I pointed out curtains faults which can be found in the claim and the methods of correcting those mistakes according to the kind of each. The claims under this concept is called “Suit correct inheritance deed"Finally I followed the steps of the process of this claim in legal courts from the time of application and registration of the claim, the condition of reporting, the process of the claim in the council of legal jurist, in a addition to the process of reciting the charge sheet, prosecution, vindication, defendant and the effect of the above procedures on the process of the claim and the clarification of the methods of proofing and pleadings which might be raised; ending with the final judgment. I mentioned the ways of reconsidering the judgment in which I supported almost all the procedures in such way to suit the followed rules including: Juridical Judgments Journal, Origins of Legal Trials Law No.(31) of 1959 and Jordanian Personal Status Law No.(61) of 1976 which are applied over the land of The Palestinian Authority.
