This thesis falls into three chapters in addition to the prologue, introduction, and conclusion.

In the prologue, I mentioned the definitions of the terms psych and soul as they have been dealt with in the most famous Arabic Lexicons. Then I talked about their terminological definitions from the materialistic and spiritual perspectives.

Then, I briefly dealt with the tendency of psychology to human behavior, his emotions, and incentives by psychology instead of engaging in an endless debate around the terms psycho and soul.

The first chapter comprises the following subjects:
1.A survey of the literature review of psychologists concerning psycho and soul. This required a discussion of the philosophic, spiritual, and materialistic images of the two terms. Besides, the concepts have been backed by views and theories of the most famous thinkers like Ibin Sina and Al-Gazali. I gave in the study the perception of psychology and how it's incompatible with the Qur'an cam with. 2.In this section, I dealt with the drawback of psychology and the conflict with the content of the Holy Qur’an. 3.In this section, I dealt with the connotations of the terms psycho and soul in the Qur'an, the Traditions of the holy Prophet, and modern thought. I showed the link between psych , spirit and the relationship between psycho, soul, and the individual has been clarified. Despite the close relationship between them, every connotation comprises a profound psychological and religious. The second chapter contains the stratifications of close synonymous connotations into three categories dimension. 1.expressions, consist of twenty-two connotative groups. 2.Expressions of reactions, consist of thirty connotative groups. 3.Biological and spiritual expressions, consist of eight connotative groups. In these fields, I surveyed the denotative as well as the conjugative structures and whatever they contain of meanings and psychological effects, in addition to similar structures, but different in pronunciation because the vowel sounds have a deep psychological connotative meaning like other conjugations. That was done to help the reader know how close are vocabularies in the connotative field, and to clarify to the researcher how they are psychologically apart. The psychological attitudes toward the Qur’anic utterances, which leave a strong impact on the faithful listeners, leave their traces on those specific psychological differences since they are connected in a way or another to the strong rhetoric of the Qur’an as in the Ayah/verse, accurate word formation, the cadence of the utterances, and their excellent structure; all of which aroused my curiosity and profound thinking so much so that I had the incentive to look up those words and utterances in the psychological lexicon so as to reveal its drawback and surface meanings. Chapter Three: Utterances of Self lexicon and their status in the Holy Qur’an The lexicon comprises various psychological concepts and expressions in their conjugations, which are stratified in a way to make it easy for the reader to refer to the required words. These expressions and concepts are similar in their relation with others in modern psychological expressions however; they are different in their connotations. The psychological Qura’nic meaning comprises religious meanings that sell naturally with the human growth; something that psychology lacks in more often. At the end of the study reached the following results: 1.The Holy Qur'an give a special concern to human psych, its characteristics and that's be cause of its instructive goal to ward humanity and following good manners. 2.Sprint has a sacred peculiarity it reflects God's prefect work of Adam. The Qura'n say " if I (God) have worked him (Adem) and breathedunto his from my spirit, you then, kneel for him" This perfect is not limited only to flesh, but also psyches 3.Human psych is a group of ramifications moved by the basic sources of behavior , like mind, emotions, the instinctive side such as motivations, tendencies etc. 4.The meanings of psych utterances and its conditions in the Holy Qur'an reflect deep and comprehensive psychological dimension. This dimension is seen dearly in a world structure , its phonetic meaning, various harakat, and the occasion on which they were said. 5.Most the Qur'anic psychological utterances are an evolution of material and tangible indications , exactly like Arabic idioms, the utterances of other values, thus reflecting the flexibility of this holy language. 6.In the Qur'an the idioms and psychological concepts are deeper than those in the modern psycho logical dictionary. The Qur'anic concepts have religions motive in essence , while the latter sound away from the motive which is the originator of man's life. So , we need comprehensive dictionary of the psychological terms which go with human instinct.
