Abstract: 
The current study aimed to identify The Role of The School Management in Providing A Safe School Environment in the Basic Public Schools in the Directorates of the Northern West Bank From Their Teachers' Point of Views. Also, it aimed to identify the differences in role of the school management in providing a safe school environment in the basic public schools in the directorates of the Northern West Bank from their teachers' Point of views according to several variables of sex, academic qualification, college, years of experience, the directorate, school sex, school location, and the number of students at schools. The population of study consisted of all male and female teachers of the basic public schools in the directorates of the Northern West Bank who are (14, 857). For achieving the study purposes, the descriptive approachhas been used. Also, a questionnaire as a study tool has been developed, subjected to judgment, distributed among the study sample, gathered, entered the computer and statistically processed by using the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS). Several tests have been used included T-test, One Way Anova, Cronbach's Alpha test has been used to measure the reliability of the study which was (0.97). The results of the study showed the following: 1- There was a high degree of the role of the school management in providing a safe school according to the sample's view point. The means were )3.99(. 2- There weren't any significant statistically differences references at (α =0.05) between male and female teacher's point of views in the role of the school management in providing a safe school due to variables of sex, academic qualification, college, school sex, school location while there were significant statistically differencesdue to years of experience, the directorate and the number of students at schools. According to the study, several recommendations have been suggested: Increasing and spreading awareness of the contents and the domains of the safe school environment for all school staff, and training school principals regularly and continuously to achieve the requirements of the safe school environment, and working to increase the interest of the Ministry of Education of the role of school management in providing a safe school environment in all directorates through training courses at all levels.
