The role of the Red Cross International Committee has a great importance in guaranteeing respecting the international human law because of the increasing the violations of the Israeli occupational forces against the Palestinian people in the Palestinian occupied territories . So, the urgent need for human protection and his requirements of this needs are my major motive for this thesis . The human being is the core of life and is the basic component of it . Security, safety, freedom dignity are his demands in all times. My subject was about the Red Cross International Committee . The study consists of two chapters in addition to the introduction .The former is about the Red Cross International Committee and its role in implementing the international human law . Definition, development , emerging , organizational frame of the Red Cross International Committee in addition to its supplies and duties are included in this chapter. Moreover, this chapter contains the concept of the human law mechanisms as a part of the general concept of the international human law and its national and international implementations . The later is about the role of the Red Cross International Committee in implementing the international human law during the armed conflict in Palestine in at the legal and the field level.
