Abstract: 
This study included taking about the meaning of the judiciary and deliverance of, the difference between them, the importance of the judiciary independence and the conditions of the judge and his properties in general. Then it removed to talk particularly about Al-Faruq (may God be pleased with him) and his judgment during Pre-Islam and Islam including The prophet (peace be upon him) era, Abu Baker era and his era and his methods in judiciary. Then I followed it with study about the bases of Al-Faruq judgment and example of it. I concluded the research with a final chapter about claim source and evidence through Omer letter (may God be pleased with him) to Abu Mosa Al-A'sh'ari which included talking about testimony, oath, Al-qasaama (an oath given by fifty men when a man is found killed in their neighborhood that they didn't kill him) and the judge refract of his verdict and what result from it.
