Abstract: 
The aim of this study was to investigate The Relationship Between Organizational Climate and the level of Innovation In Administrative Amongst Clubs Administration In Palestine Club , also aimed to identify the impact of the variables of the study (qualification, specialization, and expertise) on The Relationship Between Organizational Climate and the level of Innovation In Administrative Amongst Clubs Administration In Palestine Club . To achieve the objective of the study was prepared questionnaire and to ensure its sincerity, and the coefficient of persistence, and after the data collection process, are encoded and entered into a computer and processed statistically using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) The study population consisted of all members of the administrative bodies in the clubs Palestinian registered with the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports and the winning official license and that number is ( 153) Clubs where the number of members of the community ( 791 ) Administrative were selected study sample way intentional members of the governing bodies of sports clubs in north and south , and the central West Bank , totaling (24) In order to identify The Relationship Between Organizational Climate and the level of Innovation In Administrative Amongst Clubs Administration In Palestine Club , the researcher reviewed the literature and educational studies related to the subject and the researcher designed to identify the regulatory climate and the identification of administrative creativity so that they identify the regulatory climate is made up of (44 ) items , either to identify creativity administrative consisting of (43) paragraph , the questionnaire was presented to a group of specialists in the field of arbitrators of Physical Education of colleges of Physical Education in the Palestinian universities , so that the finalized Evidenced by the results of the study of the reliability coefficients ranged between areas ( 0.74 to 0.94 ) , and reached total stability to the identification of ( 0.91 ), all high and fulfill the purposes of the study. And that the level of organizational climate of the members of the governing bodies of sports clubs in Palestine was moderate , reaching the percentage of the response to ( 73.07 % ) . And that the level of creativity of the members of the administrative bodies of sports clubs in Palestine was large , reaching the percentage of the response to ( 80.95 % ) . Evidenced the existence of a positive correlation statistically significant at the level of significance ( = 0.05) between the regulatory climate and the level of creativity of the members of the administrative bodies of sports clubs in Palestine , where the value of the correlation coefficient was high and went to ( 0.52) . It is clear that there are no statistically significant differences in the total score in the level of the organizational climate of the members of the governing bodies of sports clubs in Palestine due to the variable qualification . As it is clear that there are significant differences in the total score in the level of the organizational climate of the members of the governing bodies of sports clubs in Palestine due to the variable experience. Evidenced the presence of statistically significant differences in the level of the organizational climate of the members of the governing bodies of sports clubs in Palestine between (less than 6 years ) and ( more than 11 years ) and in favor of (less than 6 years ) , other comparisons are not statistically significant . It is clear that there are significant differences in the total score in the level of the organizational climate of the members of the governing bodies of sports clubs in Palestine due to the variable specialization. Where the differences were in favor of the respondents of Physical Education . It is clear that there are no statistically significant differences in the total score at the administrative level of creativity of the members of the governing bodies of sports clubs in Palestine due to the variable qualification and experience variable . Clear that there are no statistically significant differences in the total score in the administrative level of creativity of the members of the governing bodies of sports clubs in Palestine due to the variable specialization. In light of what brought him from the results of the study , the researcher recommends the following : - The organization of collective tasks for employees , to get used to the teamwork and teamwork . - Encourage employees to contribute to the change , to achieve the goals of the organization and its vision . - Encourage employees to invent new methods in business performance and delivery , which increases their energy , and their creations
