Abstract: 
The study aimed to identify the degree of hardiness in training and leadership competencies amongst coaches of the team sports in the West Bank from the perspective of the players, and the relationship between them , as well as to determine the differences in the degree of hardiness in training and leadership competencies amongst coaches of the team sports in the West Bank from the perspective of the players according to the game, experience , and qualification variables, and to achieve this the study was conducted on a sample of ( 460 ) players from soccer, volleyball, basketball and handball in the West Bank . To measure hardiness (Chin, 2003) (18) items scale used, the distribution of scale in three domains were as follow: (commitment, control, and the and challenge), and (39) items questionnaire used to measure leadership competencies the distribution of the questionnaire in six domains were as follow: (technical competence, personal competencies, motivation and incentives competencies, communication and interaction competences, training competences, and information and scientific knowledge competencies) .In order to answer the questions of the study means, percentages, Pearson correlation coefficient, and One Way (ANOVA), AND Scheffes post-hoc test used. The results revealed the following: -The degree of total score of hardiness in training amongst coaches of the team sports in the West Bank from the perspective of the players was high, where the percentage of the response was (71.29 %), and rank was high on all domains except the challenge domain, the highest level was for commitment domain (76.60 %), and lowest level was for challenge domain ( 65.79 % ) . -The degree of total score of leadership competencies amongst coaches of the team sports in the West Bank from the perspective of the players was high, where the percentage of the response was (74.97%), and rank was high on all domains, the highest degree was for efficiencies of rewards and motivation ( 78.22 % ) , while the lowest score was for information and scientific knowledge domain ( 72.25 % ). - There was a positive significant relationship at ( = 0.05) between the degree of hardiness in training and leadership competencies in the West Bank from the perspective of the players (r= 0.73 ) . - There were a significant differences at ( = 0.05) in the total score hardiness in training amongst coaches of the team sports in the West Bank from the perspective of the players according to the game, experience, and qualification variables. -There were a significant differences at ( = 0.05) in the total score of leadership competencies amongst coaches of the team sports in the West Bank from the perspective of the players due to the experience , and qualification variables. While, the there were no significant differences due to the game variable. Based on the findings of the study, the researcher recommended give more attention to the development of challenge for coaches to develop the spirit of innovation and evolution.
