Abstract: 
This study addresses the issue of Random Bag Sale of Commodities and its Contemporary Applications in Islamic Jurisprudence and Jordanian Civil Law within three chapters: The first chapter is to clarify the concept of Random Bag Sale that is under guessing, the legitimacy in the Islamic jurisprudence in civil law, and the role of the legitimate purposes of the application of this sale. The second chapter is to clarify the terms and conditions of Random Bag Sale within Islamic jurisprudence and Jordanian civil law. The third chapter is the applied section of the research which deals with old and modern samples of Random Bag Sale and gives some sale solutions. Conclusion: the researcher concluded that the findings and recommendations. The most important one was that such sales would, when applied the proper controls and conditions in the framework of the legitimate purposes of the crowd of traders and manufacturers of the banned and critical approach to the deal, it is a genuine Islamic alternative to many contemporary corrupt financial transactions.
