Abstract: 
This research comprised "The present participle" in the Holy Koran statistically, morphologically, syntactically and semantically. This research is divided into three sections. The first section is " The present participle" where from concept, function and addition . And this section concentrated on variances between Kufics and Bassryeen. The second section is morphological scales of the applied present participle on the Holy Quran , besides some morphological sides deal with the present participle . Morphological study is attached with the statistical tables clarifying the present participle's morphological scales. The study of the most important syntactical sides , which deal with the present participle in the Holy Kuran. This section was attached with statistical tables clarifying the present participle's function, addition and parsing in the Holy Kuran. The third section is about the semantical sides which deal with the present participle in the Holy Kuran ,its semantics morphological tenses ,trilateral verb forms and the joint semantics between these verbs and other verb forms. The research ended with some results related to the present participle for the grammarians and linguists , and other results related to the present participle in the holy Kuran ,hoping to be good ones. In all the previous three sections the researcher depended upon various opinions of grammarians and linguists keeping in view and concentrating on old references.
