Abstract: 
This research has discussed the subject of messengers and ambassadors and the rules related to it . Through this research. a reader realizes the meaning of messengers and ambassadors idiomatically and as a language notes about their life , proofs about their work, features, condition their work , their rights , duties and the terms that should be provided to create political relations between Islamic countries and others , besides , this research includes formal diplomatic missions from an Islamic point , and the creation of Islamic diplomatic missions. In addition it includes the stages of developing diplomacy in Islam and identifying diplomacy according to Arab and western scientists. Moreover, the research talks about these missions, their formation, division,  diplomatic immunity to the form diplomatic missions, some evidence to show its legality and then it has a glimpse of it then it showed philosophical justifications for diplomatic immunities. Finally, this shows types of immunities as individual immunity, judicial immunities to individuals, establishments. But the summary conclusion showd the most important results of this reserch and some recommendations.
