Abstract:
This study is especially important as it is treating a phenomenon which wasn&rsquo;t treated by any scientific research extensively .It is the phenomenon of the neglected root .There are a lot of words which can be formed from the twenty eight language sounds .However , there are a few of them used .Despite the attempts of the ancient and modern scientists to interpret this phenomenon ,their interpretation as whole focus on one kind of neglected composition .This is what isn&rsquo;t allowed to compose for vocal reasons which is represented in the produces heaviness in the proximity of voice articulation .Still there are a number of roots which are neglected ,empty and prevents their vocal&nbsp; composition .That is their sounds are not dissonant as the word (laja&rsquo;a )as there is no vocal obstruction which prevents the coalition of their sounds .They are articulated separately . The sound of aljeem, (ج)&nbsp;&nbsp; ala&rsquo;ein, ( &nbsp;ع were used with two near sounds of lam ل&nbsp; they are alnoon ن and alraر.So why was it neglected?</p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-justify: kashida; margin: 0cm 0cm 12pt; direction: ltr; text-indent: 36pt; line-height: 28pt; unicode-bidi: embed; text-align: justify; text-kashida: 0%">The search in this phenomenon may help us to know the system of Arabic language in its vocal construction. It is cleared to ask that there are big possibilities in Arabic language which are still restored waiting for those who will clear them up and make use of them, especially in the age when a knowledge become renewable constantly .Many idioms are born daily which can&rsquo;t be translated into Arabic .So why we didn&rsquo;t make use of the unused language possibilities in translating the idioms? Doesn&rsquo;t speech live long by usage and benefits by agreement on idioms to give certain meaning.</p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-justify: kashida; margin: 0cm 0cm 12pt; direction: ltr; line-height: 28pt; unicode-bidi: embed; text-align: justify; text-kashida: 0%">This study showed&nbsp; a number of matters:</p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-justify: kashida; margin: 0cm 0cm 12pt; direction: ltr; line-height: 28pt; unicode-bidi: embed; text-align: justify; text-kashida: 0%">-The emerge of the phenomenon of neglect in the Arabic Dictionary.</p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-justify: kashida; margin: 0cm 0cm 12pt; direction: ltr; line-height: 28pt; unicode-bidi: embed; text-align: justify; text-kashida: 0%">-The differences of neglect rate according the Arabic sounds (trilateral, quadrilateral and pentaliteral)</p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-justify: kashida; margin: 0cm 0cm 12pt; direction: ltr; line-height: 28pt; unicode-bidi: embed; text-align: justify; text-kashida: 0%">-What is mentioned in (Lissan AlArab) from the roots of the interference of dental sounds </p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 12pt; direction: ltr; line-height: 28pt; unicode-bidi: embed; text-align: left">Results</p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-justify: kashida; margin: 0cm 0cm 12pt; direction: ltr; line-height: 28pt; unicode-bidi: embed; text-align: justify; text-kashida: 0%">-The cause of the neglect of the majority of the language roots related to vocal reasons which are represented in the heaviness caused by the discord of sounds of the same root.</p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-justify: kashida; margin: 0cm 0cm 12pt; direction: ltr; line-height: 28pt; unicode-bidi: embed; text-align: justify; text-kashida: 0%">-The possible mathematical roots which are more than the needs of the Arabic speaker.</p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-justify: kashida; margin: 0cm 0cm 12pt; direction: ltr; line-height: 28pt; unicode-bidi: embed; text-align: justify; text-kashida: 0%">-The differences in the Arabic language according to the use and neglect .</p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-justify: kashida; margin: 0cm 0cm 12pt; direction: ltr; line-height: 28pt; unicode-bidi: embed; text-align: justify; text-kashida: 0%">-We can restore many of the roots which are neglected without the vocal cause and employing it in translating the scientific idioms into Arabic.</p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 12pt; direction: ltr; line-height: 28pt; unicode-bidi: embed; text-align: left">&nbsp;</p>
