Abstract:
In this research, I have approached the concept of madness and its resulting
judgments. I have also approached how mach Islam is concerned with the
human mind as Islam considered it as the essence of commandments, and
how Islam took a part in keeping the human mind.
I have looked for the results of unexpected madness on those who are required to do gods reaching, either verblly or actually and the extent of influence on a persons competence and I found out that madness dose not affect the mad persons rights which are based on his\her being human, contrary to duties which do not exist because the mind dose not exist.
On the basis of what I have just said, all that comes out of a mad person is considered invalid such as the contracts of exchange and those of donations as well as forms of worship like praying and fasting.
I have also shown the influence of madness on crimes, and its inflnenre on carrying out praying and fasting after waking up.
Finally, I have tackled the effect of madness on almsgiving .
