Abstract: 
This study deals with the literal cases mentioned in "Siar A´lam Al-Nubala´ (Nobel Figures Biographies) Book in addition to the Imam's comments. As the book has got studies on many scientific arenas, this study is to serve this great book in terms of Jurisprudence and to show the significance of the Jurisprudence aspect for the Imam AL- Thahabi, the historian and prophetic sayings narrator. This thesis is divided into five chapters plus the introduction and the conclusion. The first chapter includes the biography of Imam Al- Thahabi, the importance of "Siar A´lam Al-Nubala" and the significance of the Jurisdictional aspects in both the book and the author's character. In the second chapter, the researcher gathers cases of worship: cleansing, praying, funerals, fasting, Zakat and pilgrimage. Regarding the third chapter, it has been specialized for transactions and customs, trade, oaths, vows, felonies, blood money (Diyah), judgeship, Jihad, freedom of slaves, foods, drinks and clothes. The fourth chapter discusses personal statuses, marriage and divorce and inheritance. The fifth chapter combines the diverse cases that the researcher could not classify under any of the previously mentioned chapters and named {Al- Jame'} following Al- Malikiyah (an Islamic Jurisdictional School). Finally, the conclusion consists of the findings and recommendations of the researcher. The researcher finalizes his dissertation with the most important findings that he has discovered through his study. These outcomes can be summarized by proving the existence of the Jurisdictional cases in "Siar A´lam Al-Nubala" by Al- Thahabi signifying those cases. Moreover, this study also aims at revealing the Jurisdictional aspects in "Siar A´lam Al-Nubala" and the author's character as well.
