Abstract: 
Praise be to God, lord of the universe and prayers and peace be upon his Messenger Mohammad, the most honored among people. This dissertation entitled: "Insinuation According to fundamentalist Authorities" (AL-Ema' 'Ind AL-Usolyeen) is presented in fulhllment of the requirements of the master degree. The dissertation is divided into (5) chapters: (1) Introduction entitled Measurement and the path of the problem. Chapter (2) "The meaning of insinuation", Chapter (3) Kinds of Insinuation, Chapter (4) Comparison between insinuation and relevant/similar paths. Fundamental ancient as well as modern books were used as references in this dissertation. Moreover, language books, Fiqh, prophet tradition and books of interpretation were used. The conclusion included the main results which include the following: 1- The Science of Osool is essential for the researcher in the field of Shari'a Sciences. 2- Insinuation is considered as one of the paths of inductions and revealing the excuses of Shari'a judgments (rules). 3- Insinuation as one genre of the "word's" correlated meaning. 4- There is no difference in insinuation as a meaning or as a path of the problem in measurement.
