Abstract: 
The subject of General legitimate Defence is Considered one of the important topics in the jurisprudence of the sanctions, which are protected by society and kept away from crime, and the imbalance that has ravaged the Islamic societies today after only result from the provisions of God and characterized by the legislation marked above all legislation for its mercy, justice and moderation. This research aims to study the provisions of General legitimate Defence in the Islamic criminal legislation detailed study; of the statement of the characteristics of Islamic criminal legislation and distinguish it from all heavenly laws and clarify the concept of legitimate defence and general provisions concerning the terms of legitimacy and wisdom, rooted divisions and doctrinal and it`s staff, methods and peak, a statement of the concept criminal liability and misplaced and the statement that cases are brought and the difference between lifting and abstaining, and the responsibility of defender in crimes border payment and retribution and Alta`zeer, and the means to prove the case of General legitimate Defence, and wisdom in the absence of the Islamic State and its relationship with fight on public authorities, the extent of the authority of the judicial defender. At the conclusion of the research presented the most important findings and recommendations. What was true, it is from God, and what was a mistake from  myself and the devil. Ask God Almighty to help in this research, and be in my balance favors Praise to Allah, Lord of the Worlds.
