The current study aimed at studying genetic relatedness and fingerprinting of local Palestinian tomato cultivars.These cultivars have been subjected to various processes of purification and selection through morphological, physiological and breeding processes by Palestinian Agricultural Relief Committees (PARC). To achieve our aims, two molecular techniques were employed; RAPD (Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA) and STMS (Sequence-T)
