Abstract: 
This study shows the reciprocal control between the legislative and executive authorities and its applications in Palestine، the study draws on a comparison with the Egyptian law through two chapters where Chapter I deals with what supervision of reciprocity as a researcher in the first grade and reciprocal control between the legislative and executive authority in the parliamentary system through the definition of parliamentary oversight and clarify their importance as well as to search in the similarities and differences between each of the political system and the presidential parliamentary mixed how each of which dealt with mutual surveillance between the legislative and executive authorities which، researcher to clarify the position of the Palestinian political system between the political regimes mentioned where between the extent of the approach of the Palestinian political system of the political system of the Inter-Parliamentary Union through the duplication of the executive body of the independence of the position of the presidency and the Council of Ministers of each other as well as the responsibility of Politically government before the parliament but the election of Palestinian president directly by the people and given legislative powers made the Palestinian political system mixes between each of the parliamentary system and presidential and thus practically become is the closest of the political system coeducation and scholar of the principle of the separation of powers which is the basis of the parliamentary system through to shed light on what the principle of the separation of powers، which witnessed a big disagreement in the mechanism applied in practice where some headed to introduce the principle of rigid separation between the authorities while some considered that the meaning of the principle of the separation of powers is flexible chapter which is opening in the spirit of cooperation between the legislative and executive authorities، researcher also enjoy the historical development of the principle of the separation between the authorities of the Palestinian system، the Chapter II is to highlight the aspects of cooperation between the independence of the legislative and executive branches in the parliamentary system through the function of each، chapter II، which was entitled the means of control and interconnections between the legislative and executive authorities and its applications in Palestine، the researcher in two articles first addressed the means of control of the legislative authority to the executive and parliamentary question and interrogation of the parliamentary investigation and put the subject of discussion in the grade and the second was entitled the means of the control of the executive authority of the legislative power of the configuration procedures for the parliament and the intervention of the Government in the conduct of its work، as well as to resolve the parliament as one of the most dangerous means of the control of the executive and legislative authority either regulatory means the third legislative role of executive authority and the researcher addressed the shortcomings in the The means of control in the Palestinian political system by relying on compared with the Egyptian political system، the researcher for this study by summing up the most important findings and recommendations.
