Evaluation of the Educational Supervision Planning for the Educational Supervisors in Palestine Seen by Secondary Schools Principals and Teachers

This study aimed at knowing the degree of educational supervision planning for the educational supervisors in Palestine as seen by secondary schools principals and teachers. This study aimed at answering the following questions: 1.what is the reality of the educational supervision planning for the educational supervisors in the governorates in the north of the West Bank concerning : inputs, procedures, outputs and feedback? 2.Are there differences of statistical significance at (0.05 = α) among the dimensions of the field of entries to evaluate the educational supervision planning for the educational supervisors as seen by secondary schools principals and teachers? 3.Are the differences of statistical significance at (0.05 = α) among the fields of evaluating educational planing for educational supervisors as seen by secondary schools principals and teachers?
