The study also aimed to clarify the to what extent the execution of the penalty should be if what requires it occurred; the rules set by scholars to adjust their judgments as well as the legitimate permits that reduce penalty upon the fulfillment of its conditions. All of this is in a comparative study when necessary and needed between the doctrines of Al Hanafeya and the public in terms of fundamentalism on the one hand and the Four Doctrines and others in terms of jurisprudence . The study handled the general outlines for each topic without specific details.
