Abstract:
The purpose of this study is to determine the efficiency of proposed physical fitness program among beginners of soccer players, 14 years old West Bank, Palestine. To achieve its goals the researcher planned a training program consisted of the following variables, general endurance, sprinting, speed-endurance, strength-endurance, agility and explosive power. The program was conducted in eight weeks, three training units weekly. The researcher employed the experimental method as it suits the nature of the study. The experimental group consisted of 15 youth, one as an experimental group and one as a control group. The experimental group came from Al-Wa'adeen Academy for soccer in Nablus city, otherwise the control group came from the Itihad club in Nablus city. Both of them were chosen by the direct method, before and after applying the training course, the physical variables were tested, after conducting statistical analysis the study revealed the following: 1. The effect of the proposed training course on all variables understudy, the statistical significance between, before and after the measurements, and the benefits of the after measurement. The percentage of change was as follows: (-7.89%) for endurance, the explosive power of the legs (+8.82%), (-1.96) for sprinting, strength endurance of abdominal muscles(+39.12%), agility (-7.72%) and (-4.77%) for speed endurance. 2. The experimental training course affected all variables understudy, the statistical significance of the two measurements, the before and after to the benefit of the benefit of the after measurements excluding the sprinting variables, the percentage were as follows: general endurance (-1.97%), explosive power of the legs (+6%), sprinting (+3.5%), strength endurance of the abdominal muscles (+17.72%), agility (-2.01%) and speed endurance (-2.32%). 3.The study revealed statistical differences in the after measurements in all variables understudy between the experimental and control groups to the benefit of the experimental group. The research recommends: The generalization of the training course to include the trainers of the beginners at the Palestinian soccer teams and clubs in order to help benefit upgrading physical fitness especially in the general and special preparation stage. The researchers recommends the establishments of special standards for the body, changes of the Palestinian beginners of the soccer players to help choose players and evaluating training courses.
