Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of Proposed Learning Program (PLP) on the curve of change for some physical and technical abilities in handball amongst physical education students at An-Najah National University. To achieve this, the study was conducted on a sample of (18 ) students whom registrant in handball course (1) , the (PLP) applied to them for a period of 10 weeks , physical and technical abilities were measured 5 times, each measure after tow weeks, , and after collecting data (SPSS) using (Repeated ANOVA) , means, percentage of change and Sidak test were used . The results of the study revealed that there were statistically significant differences at the level of (a ≤ 0.05) in all measures in favor of fifth one , this results means that the (PLP) had a positive effect in improving the physical and technical abilities. The results also showed that the percentage of change in the physical variables were ( 7.7% ) to the vertical jump , ( 18.73 % ) to the stepping , (45.17 % ) to pus-ups , ( 15.70 %)to zigzag. The percentages of change for technique variables were: ( 17.80 % ) to run with dribbling , ( 17.39 % ) to receive and pass the ball , ( 26.17 % ) of scoring from fall position , and (22.3%) for scoring from long jump position. Based on the findings of the study the researcher recommended generalizing the results in the faculties and departments of physical education in the Palestinian universities to take advantage of them. Key words: Learning Program, Physical, Technical, Handball, Physical Education Students.
