Abstract:
This study aims at identifying the effect of training program ( ground – ground and aqueous ) on developing some physical variables(weight, Body Mass Index (BMI) , Fat Mass, Fat Free Mass, Water Mass ( TBW), endurance, strength , velocity, flexibility and body fitness ) for male participants aged (35-45 ) in physical fitness centers. In order to achieve the study purpose , the experimental method for two experimental samples consist of (20) participants at physical fitness center of Haiat Nablus Center has been used. The sample has been divided into two groups ; (10) participants of the experimental group have applied the first program , the other group of (10) participants has applied the second program. Some physical tests adopted from the European Battery ( Euro fit Fitness Battery ,1988)in addition of using Tanita device (Tanita- TB410) have been conducted for measuring the body construction. After conducting the various test, data has been gathered, codified, entered the computer and statically processed by using the Statistical Package of the Social Science (SPSS).Equivalence test has been implemented on the two groups. Also, pre, and post – tests have been used to clarify the change in the various variables. The results indicates improvement in all the study variables of the two groups. Statistical significant differences appeared in the two groups for the med and post- tests.Similarly, Statistical significant differences were found in ( strength ,endurance and flexibility variables ) in the first group for the med and post tests. Statistical significant differences were found in ( strength ,endurance, velocity and flexibility variables ) in the second group for the med and post tests. On the other hand , no Statistical significant differences were found in at the same level of significant between the two groups. According to the study results, several suggestions have been recommended included the necessity of using the ground –aqueous program for several advantages of the lack of the gravity, the available of safety and prevention factors from injury , the fixed pressure force on the sunk body, painless range of wide movement , and fun and entertainment
