Directions of the Academic Supervisors Towards Open Education Program in the Areas of Al- Quds Open University and it's Centers in Palestine

AL-Quds Open University was established from the Palestinian people situation and it's needs through the Israeli Occupation, so it was considered as a revolution beside revolution that keeps the Palestinian people's ambitions toward knowledge as a road of resistance and stability on their land until the end of occupation. This study aimed at knowing the directions of academic sup's towards open education program at AL-Quds O.0 in Palestine, also it aimed at knowing the influence of each variable (sex, educational level, job position, and age) on the sup's reactions toward open education. The society of this study consisted of (714) academic sup's. The researcher took a sample consisted of (239) sup's as (33.5%) from the society. The researcher developed a questionnaire, which was tested by nine judges from An-Najah National University and AL-Quds O.U, and then he found that the reliability was (0.87). The Results of the study showed the following: 1-The directions of the academic sup's at AL-Quds O.0 toward its open education program was positive in all sides accept the Program construction in its material and evaluation, as the average of their responses was (2.94) degree. 2-The supervisors responses on the helping services variable were the first one as the average of sup's responses were (3.92) degree. 3-The sup's responses on the educational media's variable were the second one, as the average of responses was (3.63) degree. 4-There were no statistically significant differences in the academic sup's responses at AL-Quds O.0 in Palestine towards its educational program due to both variables sex and age. 5-There were statistically significant differences in the academic sup's responses at AL-Quds O.0 in Palestine towards its educational program due to the program in its material and*evaluation refers to the variables of job position and educational level. In the light of these results, the researcher recommended and suggested that the responsible people had to pay more interest to all sides that need change or develop, and this reflects the researcher interest to keep AL-Quds O.U. as glorious as its aims. This study has some recommendations among of which the following 1-Provide scientific labs and libraries in all educational centers. 2-Activating the T.V educational programs. 3-Specify a maximum period for the use of the printed studies materials . 4-Try strongly to employ a full - free supervisors who believe deeply in Al-Quds O.U. goals and interest
