Abstract: 
This study aimed at investigating the degree of organizational justice and its relation to the delegation of authority to governmental secondary schools' principals from their teachers' perspectives in Tulkarm governorate and the effect of some variables such as (gender, specialization, qualifications, and years of experience). The population of the study consisted of all secondary schools' teachers in Tulkarm governorate that was (1021) members in the scholastic year 2014-2015. The sample of the study consisted of (408) which represented (40%) of the whole population that was chosen as a stratified random sample. The researcher used the descriptive and analytical design as it suited the study purposes. To achieve the study purposes, a questionnaire was prepared by the researcher depended on the theoretical background and previous studies. The study validity was confirmed by a committee of juries in the field. The Cronbach Alpha Coefficient was used to find out the reliability of the two domains of the study. The data was analyzed by the Statistical Package for Social Sciences(SPSS). The major results of the study were the following: 1. The degree of organizational justice and authority delegation implemented in secondary schools in Tulkarm governorate from the teachers perspectives was high. 2. There were no significant differences at (α= 0.05) among the means of secondary schools' teachers' responses in Tulkarm governorate to the degree of organizational justice and authority delegation to their schools' principals due to gender variable, whereas there were significant differences in the action and interaction organizational justice domains in favour of males. 3. There were no significant differences at (α= 0.05) among the means of secondary schools' teachers' responses in Tulkarm governorate to the degree of organizational justice and authority delegation to their schools' principals due to specialization variable, whereas there were significant differences in the administrative domains in favour of human specialization. 4. There were no significant differences at (α= 0.05) among the means of secondary schools' teachers' responses in Tulkarm governorate to the degree of organizational justice and authority delegation to their schools' principals due to qualification variable. 5. There were no significant differences at (α= 0.05) among the means of secondary schools' teachers' responses in Tulkarm governorate to the degree of organizational justice and authority delegation to their schools' principals due to years of experience variable, whereas there were significant differences in the administrative domains in favour of (5-10 Years). 6. There was a positive direct or extrusive correlation at (α= 0.05) among the means of secondary schools' teachers' responses in Tulkarm governorate between the degree of organizational justice and authority delegation to their schools' principals. Based on the results of this study, the researcher recommended: To inform governmental schools' principals about the study results and increase their awareness in organizational justice culture. And To ask schools' principals to adopt administrative environment that create a just climate for all.
