Abstract: 
In this thesis, cyclic codes, their generators, their idempotent, and their dual have been studied. Also, coding and decoding of cyclic codes and Algorithm for decoding linear cyclic codes were under focus. Moreover, cyclic Z,. codes, their generators, their dual and their idempotent have been deeply discussed.
