The Crime /Conception, Reason, Treatment: Quranic studies

This study based on Quranic studies and it's a step on a subjective explanation of Quran,The researcher aimed to study the crime throughout the holy Quran. The researcher divided his study into seven chapters in addition to on introduction and a conclusion. The introduction focuses on the importance of the study, the crime types, the reason of the crime, the criminal characteristics and his destiny. Concerning the first chapter, it deals with the conception of crime and its definition according to muslim scholars and expert in legal fields. The second chapter talks about the types of crimes through studying verses from Quran, the crimes are of three types: religious, moral, and economic. The third chapter talks about the motivation of criminals, showing the reasons of crimes, which are weakness of religious awareness, whispering of Satan, and the disbelief of Allah. The forth chapter deals with criminals that were mentioned in Quran ,types included individual crimes ,like the crime of Pharaoh and the sin of Adam. Collection crimes like the crime of owners of groove, loot tripe (sodomites) The fifth chapter concentrates on the fate of criminals, their destiny during their life , illumination death and the Day of Judge ,the most ugly images and torture in hell In the sixth chapter the researcher shows the characteristics of criminals which are mocking, deceiving and illumination. In the last chapter the researcher talks about the prevention and cure of the crimes and mentioned some examples, like the belief of Allah and protection of individual and society from falling down into crimes. Recommendations and conclusion 1- The definition of crimes is the same in Quran, Sunnah, and legal experts 2-The crime is of three types: religious, economical and moral. 3-The characteristics of criminal in different times are mocking, deceiving and hostility to Islam . 4- Allah mentioned the destiny of criminals that is shame, illumination and death, and we saw that many societies were destroyed economically and politically because of crimes. 5-Among the most well known prevention of crimes is the deepen of the relationship their between the individuals and their creator(Allah) ,as well as, the use of modern technology in raising awareness of the negative outcome of crimes on society and on individuals through using internet , social media, and mass media .
