Abstract: 
This study shows how The pre_Islamic person Thought, and It shows some of The blackout That affected poetry in That time, because of The carelessness of The researchers in This field ,This study is about pigeons in The pre_Islamic poetry which contains an introduction, Three parts and aconcLusion. In The introduction , I wrote about The reasons of choosing This subject to write about ,and how I dealt with it ,In The first part (pigeons in The ancient time) contains two parts,The first one (pigeons in ancient people's Life) shows That old civil zations, and cultures treated pigeons as aholy Thing . In The second part I wrote adout(Arabs and pigeons and I found That They treated pigeons as The other nations did. In The second part of This study is adout (pigeons in The pre_Isiamic poetry) , and it is divided in to nine subjects (the pegions and the woman) ,(the pegions and divination) ,(pegions and the remains) ,(the pegions and water) , (the pigions and the horse) , (the pegions and death) , (the pigions and longing) , (the pigions and the eagle) . in The end I found That pigeons were The holiest of all birds in The pre_Islamic people's Life In The last part ,I wrote about The images of pigeons In per_Islamic poetry, I divided it in to three sections , the First is religious ,The Second is psychologicial and social, I analysed the images according to the modern studies the pre_Islamic poetry has religious and emotional side Like sorrow ,pain , and longing, Also from the potery we took the social side like motherhood and and equestrian. Finally ,I ended The study with a conlusion That contains The most important result in This study and I mentioned all The sources and references Iused.
