Al- Sunnah Between the Legislation and the Methodology of Legislation

The Sunnah has a great effect on the Islamic nation's life. It has a great position in many aspects; from the spiritual, cultural structure to cognitive entity, However, the legislative side of the sunnah has an essential role, It represent the second Islamic jurisprudence. Allah has revealed the Holly Qur'an as general texts and as regulations aim to achieve people happiness and to care for their interests in the world and hereafter, so the sunnah came as a clarification of Qur'an's text and a comprehensive practical application to what in it to deal with all human's life aspect. The Sunnah includes a variety of aspects, according to diversity of human's needs, Sunnah deals and interact with these needs which differ between stability and flexibility, between summarization and explanation according to the requirements of these aspects. For example, the general stable regulation related to the essence of life that preserve the nation's identity and structure such as worships manners and family affair help .. Etc. On the other hand, sunnah deals with special regulations which hasn't continuity and stability. That's all, in response to living circumstances which people lived during prophet hood time which many duffer from time to another environment to another according to people needs and living circumstances.
