The thesis was verfied by Muhammad Radhi Rawajbeh and it consists of two main parts. Part One includes: • A brief story about the writer and his life. • A definition of the will, its elements, conditions and rules. While Part two includes: • Section One: The will in share with the exclusion of part of the money. • Section two: The will in share and with a known part from the lofted properties ( inheritance }. • Section Three: The will in share and with a known part from the rest of the money. • Section four: The will in share and with a known part from the rest of part of the money. • Section five: The will in share and with a part from the other one's share.
