Abstract: 
this study discuses the comparative linguistics science between two languages from the same roots of A'dieh , arabic and hebrew are the subject of this study so they began in one environment . there are a contributing elements between the two languages which are so easy to be founded . In our study we have concentrated on the grammar and it's branches , phonetics , syntax and semantics . In the beginning , we have dealt with the historical and racial side to be easy to make judgment on this languages . If we make a look to the dialects and the geographi- cal position for the two languages we will find the big expansion of the acoustic side in Arabic especially in derivation and the big mount of words from the same root . In addition to this we will find that hebrew imi- tated . Arabic in the morphological side and also the syn- tactical side. Finally , there is a word we have to say that Hebrew is an ancient Arabic a'dieh dialect according to the words which have many meanings which Hebrew quoted a lot from it .
