Using Electronic Training in Palestinian Banking System

Abstract: 

This Study discusses the traditional training operations in the financial institutions and banks in the Palestinian National Authority regions in terms of the number of workshops or short courses، the number of participating institutions the number of the trainees and the training cost.

Also this Study works for the recognition and exploration of the traditional training obstacles under the situations that the Palestinian National Authority regions pass by in terms of the difficulty of movement of trainees among its governorates to participate in the different training courses.

This Study explore the possibility of using e- learning and electronic training with the use of Computers، Networks، Search Engines، E-libraries، Multimedia and web portals instead of the traditional training styles for the reduction of the costs of learning and training to conduct common training courses and design training courses to each institution whenever needed to the required level and to overcome the obstacles of time and place، and to keep the training material to be used in training new trainees ; giving chance to the trainee to be trained in the suitable time and place (at his own pace)
Also this Study discusses the capabilities، requirements and the obstacles that can obstruct the possibility of the application of such new system.
