Problems in Legal Translation from English into Arabic Encounter Legal Translators' Students at Yarmouk University in Jordan

Abstract: 

Legal translation is bound by each language's culture and system. It is a type of translation of legal documents from a source language into a target language. Moreover, it is also a translation from one legal system into another. It involves all the legal text that are used in different legal settings, in courts, national and international organizations, legal reports, contracts, etc. This paper aims at investigating the serious problems that encounter Yarmouk University students when they translate from English into Arabic. The researcher will also shed the light in how to tackle with such problems and how a legal translator can overcome such problems
