National development and the strategically basis that facilitate Palestine transition into knowledge economy

Abstract: 

Information is considered the vital source of life and main support for decision making policy. In rent years, information technology witnessed appaloosa propagation and become the key for industrial development and hence the economical growth.
Although, knowledge economy is an inevitable transformation route for the developing countries, it is seems that these countries have structural, cultural and political dilemmas during this transition process.
In the following study, the focus will be on the difficulties that Palestine may experience in the transition to knowledge economy and, the strategic and political approaches suggested in order to overcome these difficulties would be examined.
This situation requires that social dynamics should be shaped in line with the nature of knowledge economy. In the face of economical, financial and political problems that the developing countries try to overcome by the use of structural reforms, it is essential to use different instruments in the transition to knowledge economy.
