This study, entitled "The Effect of Ibn Khaldoun’s Character on the Innovation of the Science of Undeveloped Mankind – Sociology”, attempted to identify the contributions of Ibn Khaldoun in the founding of aware of undeveloped mankind (sociology) ideas, creativity and innovation in the analysis of social construction. The researcher also referred to Ibn Khaldoun’s Mokaddemah and some research published in scientific journals via the internet to identify what distinguishes his personality most and what makes him surpass with his achievements who lived at his time. The researcher analyzed the impact of Islamic doctrine on the thought of Ibn Khaldoun while he was putting forward the science of human architecture. The researcher also linked between the views of the psychologists in the analysis of personality of Ibn Khaldoun in the light of the researches in modern psychology The researcher finally identified factors that prompted Ibn Khaldoun to create informed human undeveloped, and publications in the social sphere and scientific function within civilized society.
The study concluded the following:
1) There are many social, educational, historical and innovative ideas for Ibn Khaldoun.
2) Several of his social and creative thoughts agree with what sociologists, discourse analysists and educationalists call for in the modern eras.
3) The personality of Ibn Kholdoun was so unique and completely different from the scientists of his age.
4) Ibn Kholdoun connected his new science and knowledge with logic and theology.
The research implicated the following:
1) Investigating the eighth century Hijra to demonstrate the reality of life in this century.
2) Investigating the creative ideas of the community of scientists and Muslims, and the statement of how to use them in contemporary time.
